- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Using a spiralizer, create zoodles from the zucchini and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar substitute, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the ground beef to the marinade, mix well, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef, cooking until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the beef is cooked, push it to one side of the skillet and add the zoodles to the other side, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Combine the beef and zoodles in the skillet, tossing them together to mix.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
