- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden) - 4
Steps
- Cut the beef sirloin into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Pour the marinade over the beef cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
