Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 3 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (minced) - 1 teaspoon
  • Erythritol (or other keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden) - 4

Steps

  1. Cut the beef sirloin into 2 cm cubes and place them in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  3. Pour the marinade over the beef cubes, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated beef cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  7. Remove from the grill and sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
