- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
Steps
- Slice the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the zucchini slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and brush it lightly with olive oil.
- Grill the marinated zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they have nice grill marks and are tender.
