Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
  • Carrot - 1, julienned
  • Zucchini - 1 small, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Gochujang - 2 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon, toasted
  • Green onions - 2, sliced for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Add the red bell pepper, carrot, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until just tender.
  6. Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
  7. In a small bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and honey to create the sauce.
  8. Spread the sauce evenly over the rolled pizza dough.
  9. Top the pizza with the sautéed vegetables and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over everything.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  11. Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.
