- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon

- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Wash the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pierce them several times with a fork.
- Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, maple syrup, minced garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
