- Ground beef (halal) - 250 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic (minced) - 1 clove
- Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Slider buns - 4 pieces
- Kimchi - 100 grams
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 tablespoons
- Lettuce leaves - 4 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the beef mixture into 4 small patties.
- Preheat a grill or frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- While the patties are cooking, prepare the slider buns by toasting them lightly on the grill or in a toaster.
- Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each toasted bun, then place a lettuce leaf on top.
- Add a cooked patty on each bun, followed by a generous spoonful of kimchi and a sprinkle of sliced green onions.
- Drizzle a little sriracha sauce over the top, then close the sliders with the top half of the buns.
