Ingredients

  • Pork belly - 400 grams

  • Erythritol (or another keto-friendly sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves - for wrapping

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the pork belly into thin slices (about 1 cm thick) and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
