  • Whole wheat pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Cooked bulgogi beef - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese (part-skim) - 100 grams, shredded
  • Kimchi - 50 grams, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, thinly sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Fresh cilantro - for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked bulgogi beef with soy sauce, gochujang, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
  5. Spread the bulgogi mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the bulgogi layer.
  7. Top with chopped kimchi, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
