- Rice noodles - 150 grams

- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 500 ml
Steps
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil to create the sauce.
- In a large pan or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced bell pepper to the pan, stirring frequently for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the sauce over the sautéed vegetables and stir well to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice noodles to the pan, tossing to ensure the noodles are well-coated with the sauce and vegetables, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and sesame seeds before serving.
