  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce leaves (for serving) - 4 large

Steps

  1. Clean the shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
