Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 30 ml
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 15 grams
  • Honey - 15 grams
  • Sesame oil - 10 ml
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, reserving the marinade.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
  6. Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
