Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, gochujang, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet, reserving the marinade.
