  • Gochujang - 3 tablespoons
  • Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Red bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Carrots - 1 medium, grated
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice.
  3. Transfer the processed cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower, almond flour, ground flaxseed, water, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  5. Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping it into a pizza crust about 1 cm thick.
  6. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until golden and firm.
  7. While the crust is baking, prepare the BBQ sauce by mixing gochujang, maple syrup, and soy sauce in a small bowl.
  8. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the top.
  9. Add the sliced red bell pepper, grated carrots, and chopped green onions on top of the sauce.
  10. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes.
  11. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy your Korean BBQ Cauliflower Pizza!
