  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion (sliced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Wash the asparagus thoroughly and trim the woody ends.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
