- Beef sirloin - 300 grams
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Erythritol or stevia - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
- Zucchini - 1, sliced
- Lettuce leaves - 4, for wrapping
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
Steps
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper and zucchini.
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef strips, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In the same pan, add the sliced vegetables and grill for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
- To serve, place a few pieces of grilled beef and vegetables on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and wrap it up.
