Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Erythritol or stevia - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Red bell pepper - 1, sliced
  • Zucchini - 1, sliced
  • Lettuce leaves - 4, for wrapping
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, erythritol, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips and add to the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. While the beef is marinating, prepare the vegetables by slicing the red bell pepper and zucchini.
  4. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and add the marinated beef strips, cooking for about 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. In the same pan, add the sliced vegetables and grill for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp.
  6. To serve, place a few pieces of grilled beef and vegetables on a lettuce leaf, sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, and wrap it up.
