Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon

  • Chopped nuts (walnuts or peanuts) - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mung bean flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water to the dry mixture while stirring to avoid lumps, creating a smooth batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with vegetable oil.
  4. Pour a ladleful of the batter into the pan, spreading it evenly to form a thin layer.
  5. Cook for about 5-7 minutes or until the bottom is set and lightly browned, then flip and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  6. Remove from the pan, and repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
