- Whole wheat noodles - 150 grams
- Mung bean sprouts - 100 grams
- Spinach - 50 grams
- Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
- Red bell pepper - 1 small, sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Steps
- Cook the whole wheat noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced red bell pepper to the skillet, cooking for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the mung bean sprouts and spinach, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve the noodles hot, garnished with sesame seeds.
