  • whole wheat tortilla - 2
  • shredded mozzarella cheese - 200 grams
  • kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • cooked chicken breast - 150 grams, shredded
  • green onions - 2, sliced
  • gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • fresh cilantro - for garnish

Steps

  1. In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped kimchi and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through and fragrant.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken with gochujang until well combined.
  4. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over it.
