Steps

  1. Cook the gluten-free rice noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the chopped kimchi, julienned carrot, and sliced red bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, followed by the gluten-free soy sauce and honey, tossing everything together until well combined and heated through.
