  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until a dough forms.
  3. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the dough evenly into a pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
  4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. While the crust is baking, mix the chopped kimchi and sliced green onions in a separate bowl.
  6. Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and top it evenly with the kimchi mixture.
