- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, eggs, mozzarella cheese, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until a dough forms.
- Grease a baking sheet with olive oil and spread the dough evenly into a pizza shape, about 1 cm thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- While the crust is baking, mix the chopped kimchi and sliced green onions in a separate bowl.
- Once the crust is ready, remove it from the oven and top it evenly with the kimchi mixture.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the top, then sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
- Return the pizza to the oven for another 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
