- soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- tofu - 150 grams, firm, cubed
- nori sheets - 2, cut into strips
- black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- salt - to taste
- pepper - to taste
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked jasmine rice, chopped kimchi, sliced green onions, grated carrot, diced red bell pepper, and minced garlic.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the rice mixture, stirring well to combine everything evenly.
- Fold in the cubed tofu gently so it doesn't break apart.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the rice mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the black sesame seeds on top and add the nori strips for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and slightly crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
