Ingredients

  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Kimchi - 100 grams, chopped
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Cooked chicken breast - 100 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped kimchi, shredded cooked chicken, gochujang, and green onions. Mix well.
  5. Spread the kimchi mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
