  • Coconut flour - 30 grams
  • Erythritol - 50 grams
  • Butter - 30 grams (melted)
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped walnuts - 20 grams (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and baking powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and sesame oil until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts.
