Ingredients

  • Cauliflower rice - 200 grams
  • Beef broth - 500 milliliters
  • Eggs - 2 large
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. In a pot, heat the beef broth over medium heat and add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add the cauliflower rice to the simmering broth and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. While the cauliflower rice is cooking, in a small bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.
