  • Almond flour - 100g
  • Coconut flour - 30g
  • Erythritol - 40g
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Unsweetened coconut milk - 100ml
  • Butter - 30g, melted
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
