Ingredients
- Chicken wings - 500 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce (low sodium) - 2 tablespoons
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger powder - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions (chopped) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken wings to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Arrange the marinated wings in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the wings are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.
- Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
