- Soy sauce - 30 ml, low-sodium
- Gochujang (Korean chili paste) - 15 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional for extra heat)
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon, for cooking
Steps
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, minced ginger, sesame oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to create the marinade.
