Ingredients

  • Nori seaweed sheets - 4
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, sesame oil, sea salt, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. Place the nori sheets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Using a brush, lightly coat each nori sheet with the oil mixture on both sides.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the coated nori sheets.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
