  • Squid, sliced - 100 grams
  • Scallops - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves

  • Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for Keto) - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Green onion, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)

  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro, for garnish - a handful

Steps

  1. Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water, then drain and set aside.
