- Sugar-free red bean paste - 100 grams
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons

- Unsweetened shredded coconut - 2 tablespoons
- Ice cubes - 2 cups
Steps
- In a small saucepan, combine coconut milk and erythritol over medium heat, stirring until the erythritol is dissolved. Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix the almond milk and chia seeds, stirring well. Allow it to sit for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
- While the chia mixture is thickening, prepare the ice by blending the ice cubes in a blender until finely crushed.
