- Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 600 milliliters
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps
- In a pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
