- Almond flour - 100g
- Coconut flour - 30g
- Psyllium husk - 1 tbsp
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Egg - 1 large
- Unsweetened almond milk - 100ml
- Erythritol - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)
- Chopped walnuts - 30g
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix the chopped walnuts, erythritol, and cinnamon to create the filling.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and flatten each piece into a disk.
- Place a tablespoon of the walnut filling in the center of each disk, then fold the edges over to seal the filling inside.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cook each Hotteok for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
