  • Almond flour - 100 grams
  • Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs - 4 large
  • Butter - 30 grams, melted
  • Cheddar cheese - 50 grams, shredded
  • Green onions - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease two small ramekins or a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
