Ingredients

  • Large Eggs - 4
  • Water - 120 ml
  • Heavy Cream - 2 tablespoons
  • Cheddar Cheese, shredded - 30 grams
  • Spinach, chopped - 30 grams
  • Green Onion, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Sesame Oil - 1 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until well combined and slightly frothy.
  3. Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, and green onion into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish or individual ramekins.
