- Shirataki noodles - 200 grams
- Chicken breast - 150 grams, diced
- Beef bone broth - 500 ml
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Egg - 1, beaten
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
Steps
- In a pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the pot and cook until no longer pink.
- Pour in the beef bone broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add soy sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) to the broth.
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under cold water and drain, then add them to the pot.
- Let the soup simmer for 5-7 minutes until the noodles are heated through.
- Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring the soup to create ribbons of egg.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions before serving.
