- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 tsp

- Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, baking powder, gochugaru, and salt.
- In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth, then add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Scoop small portions of dough (about 1 tablespoon each) onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Flatten each cookie slightly with your fingers or the bottom of a glass.
