Ingredients

  • Zucchini - 2 medium
  • Fresh crab meat - 200 grams
  • Soy sauce (low sodium) - 4 tablespoons
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic (minced) - 2 cloves
  • Ginger (grated) - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions (sliced) - 2 stalks
  • Red chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Cilantro (chopped) - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Using a spiralizer or a peeler, create zucchini noodles from the two medium zucchinis and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the fresh crab meat with soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and red chili flakes. Mix well to coat the crab evenly.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the crab mixture and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring gently to heat through without breaking the crab meat.
  4. Add the zucchini noodles to the skillet and toss gently for an additional 3-4 minutes until the noodles are slightly softened but still al dente.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chopped cilantro before serving.
