- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos for a soy-free option) - 60 ml
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Erythritol (or preferred keto sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic, minced - 3 cloves
- Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions, chopped - 2 stalks
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

- Salt - to taste
Steps
- In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, minced garlic, grated ginger, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.

- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the short ribs from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the short ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are nicely charred and cooked to your desired doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
