Steps
- Rinse the konjac noodles under cold water and drain well.
- In a medium-sized saucepan, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the finely chopped cauliflower to the saucepan and cook for another 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally until slightly softened.
- In a bowl, mix the Korean chili paste, soy sauce, water, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the saucepan and add the konjac noodles, stirring to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors.
- Remove from heat and stir in sliced green onions.
