- Almond flour - 100 grams
- Coconut flour - 20 grams
- Psyllium husk - 10 grams
- Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Water - 120 milliliters
- Butter - 15 grams (melted)
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (optional for topping)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a small baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt until well mixed.
- In another bowl, whisk together the egg, melted butter, and water until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms. Knead gently for a minute until the dough is cohesive.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared baking dish and press it out evenly into the dish, about 1-2 cm thick.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired, pressing them lightly into the dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is firm.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before cutting into squares or rectangles for serving.
