- Green onions (chopped) - 2 stalks
- Keto-friendly sweetener - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 200 milliliters
- Radish (sliced) - 100 grams
- Mushrooms (shiitake or button, sliced) - 100 grams
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon

Steps
- In a large bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and keto-friendly sweetener to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a large skillet or pot, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken thighs and sear on both sides until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
- Pour in the water and add the sliced radish and mushrooms to the skillet. Stir in the red pepper flakes and black pepper.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for about 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
