Ingredients

  • Almond flour - 150g
  • Coconut flour - 30g
  • Xylitol or erythritol - 30g
  • Warm water - 120ml
  • Psyllium husk - 1 tbsp
  • Red bean paste (sugar-free) - 60g
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Coconut oil (for frying) - 1 tbsp

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xylitol, psyllium husk, and salt.
  2. Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece into a disc.
  5. Place a tablespoon of sugar-free red bean paste in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to seal, forming a ball.
  6. Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Fry each stuffed dough ball for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  8. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
