Ingredients
- Almond flour - 150g
- Coconut flour - 30g
- Xylitol or erythritol - 30g
- Warm water - 120ml
- Psyllium husk - 1 tbsp
- Red bean paste (sugar-free) - 60g
- Salt - a pinch
- Coconut oil (for frying) - 1 tbsp
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, xylitol, psyllium husk, and salt.
- Gradually add warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and flatten each piece into a disc.
- Place a tablespoon of sugar-free red bean paste in the center of each disc and fold the edges over to seal, forming a ball.
- Heat coconut oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Fry each stuffed dough ball for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before serving.
