Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin - 300 grams, thinly sliced
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 60 ml
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol or monk fruit sweetener - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.

  3. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated beef onto the skewers, packing them closely but not too tight.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
  6. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a minute. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
