- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated

- Skewers - 4 (soaked in water if wooden)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, erythritol, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to marinate.
- Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
