Ingredients
- Fresh spinach - 200 grams
- Sesame oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Radish (daikon) - 100 grams, julienned
- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped
- Soy sauce (or coconut aminos) - 1 tablespoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until wilted. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Remove the spinach from the pan and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Set aside.
- In the same pan, add the julienned radish, green onion, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the radish is slightly tender.
- Serve the sautéed spinach and spicy radish salad together on a plate, drizzling with the remaining sesame oil if desired.
