- Green onion - 2 stalks, chopped

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, red pepper flakes, chopped green onion, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Slice the pork belly into thick pieces and place them in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
