- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Keto-friendly sweetener (like erythritol) - 1 tablespoon
- Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Korean red pepper flakes (gochugaru) - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped (for garnish)

Steps
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, keto-friendly sweetener, black pepper, and Korean red pepper flakes to create the marinade.

- Place the marinated pork belly in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, turning the pieces halfway through for even cooking.
- After 60 minutes, increase the temperature to 220°C (428°F) and bake for an additional 10 minutes to achieve a crispy texture.
- Once done, remove from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
