  • Mackerel fillets - 300 grams

  • Ginger, grated - 1 teaspoon
  • Green onions, chopped - 2 tablespoons
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
