Ingredients

  • Cauliflower rice - 300 grams
  • Kimchi - 150 grams, chopped
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Cream cheese - 50 grams, softened
  • Green onions - 2 stalks, chopped
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free) - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon (optional)

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, chopped kimchi, shredded mozzarella cheese, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, and egg.
  3. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
