Steps
- Clean the small octopus by removing the beak and innards, then rinse thoroughly under cold water.
- Boil a pot of water and blanch the octopus for about 2-3 minutes until slightly cooked, then drain and set aside.

- Add minced garlic and chopped green onions to the skillet, sautéing for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the julienned carrot and sliced red bell pepper, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the blanched octopus, gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil, mixing well to coat the ingredients in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the octopus is fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
