Ingredients

  • Large shrimp - 200 grams
  • Squid - 150 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
  • Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, squid rings, and mussels.
  2. Add olive oil, minced garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the seafood. Toss well to coat evenly.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Once hot, place the marinated seafood onto the grill in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink, squid is opaque, and mussels have opened.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Discard any mussels that did not open.
  7. Transfer the grilled seafood to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
  8. Serve immediately, enjoying the dish warm.
