- Large shrimp - 200 grams
- Squid - 150 grams, cleaned and cut into rings
- Mussels - 150 grams, cleaned
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes) - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2, chopped for garnish
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, squid rings, and mussels.
- Add olive oil, minced garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, sesame oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the seafood. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, place the marinated seafood onto the grill in a single layer.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink, squid is opaque, and mussels have opened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Discard any mussels that did not open.
- Transfer the grilled seafood to a serving platter and garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately, enjoying the dish warm.
