  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, toasted
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Clean the baby octopus by removing the beak and innards, then rinse thoroughly under cold water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, gochugaru, sugar, minced garlic, and minced ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Add the cleaned baby octopus to the marinade and let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  4. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the marinated baby octopus to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the octopus is cooked through and tender.
  6. Add chopped green onions and stir for an additional minute.
